• We will offer you a while-you-wait slot when you book an appointment
• We will offer you a collection-and-delivery service (10 mile radius)
• We will perform an initial diagnosis within a maximum of one working day, if your vehicle breaks down and needs to be recovered
• We will respond to 1 Link bookings within 20 mins
• We will always give you a quote before we start work, so you understand the work required and how much you will pay
• We will offer advice and give you a cost if additional work is required, and will never carry it out without your authorisation
• We will fit genuine PEUGEOT parts, designed and manufactured to maintain optimum performance, and fully explain all work carried out, including warranty work
• We will always wash your vehicle following a service
