- We will offer you a collection-and-delivery service (10 mile radius)
- We will perform an initial diagnosis within a maximum of one working day, if your vehicle breaks down and needs to be recovered
- We will respond to 1 Link bookings within 20 mins
- We will always give you a quote before we start work, so you understand the work required and how much you will pay
- We will offer advice and give you a cost if additional work is required, and will never carry it out without your authorisation
