PHILIP RECEIVES GUILD OF GOLD LION AWARD ( 29th March 2018)

One of the highlights of a top Peugeot award to a Wrexham Dealership Manager was the personal congratulations that followed from the Managing Director of Peugeot Motor Company.


David Peel was quick to heap praise on Philip Corfield, Aftersales Manager at Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham, on becoming a Guild of Gold Lion recipient for 2017.


The award was presented to Philip at a gala dinner event at Celtic Manor Resort where he represented the Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham team of 12 service advisers, partsmen and technicians.


Mr. Peel told Philip: “I would like to take this opportunity to personally congratulate you and everybody in your team on achieving the accolade of Peugeot Guild of Gold Lion – Aftersales Manager 2017

“The Guild of Gold Lion Aftersales Manager Award is the pinnacle of recognition from Peugeot Motor Company and it demonstrates your excellent overall contribution in 2017 across all areas of your business from volume to customer satisfaction.”


Philip was one of only 20 award winners throughout the Peugeot network of 200 dealers and the recognition has come in only the third full year of trading since the Arthurs dealership opened at Rhostyllen, Wrexham.


Mr. Peel added: “You and your team have demonstrated in 2017 that you are leading the way as the example to all other dealers.

“Truly a great job, thank you once again for your team’s valuable contribution and I look forward – and am counting on – your ongoing success in 2018.”

Said Philip: “It has definitely been a tremendous team effort and I was privileged to be presented with the award on their behalf.

“It is a truly memorable occasion and we are aim to win another award for our team performance, with the key being customer satisfaction, in 2018.”
