Aled Edwards is becoming a ‘master’ at solving mystery shops.

The 22 year old service adviser at award-winning Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham has once again scored 100% in a Peugeot mystery shop.

He has now had five consecutive phone-based mystery shops for which he has gained a 100% pass mark and the sixth and latest mystery shop – for which he also gained 100% - was different.

For the first time the mystery shop was combined with a site visit which included filming underneath the customer’s car as part of the health check.

Aled, of Rhosllanerchrugog, has been with Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham since July 2015.
