We wanted to share with you the fantastic feedback and result that Sam Goddard, Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham sales consultant, has achieved recently regarding the Peugeot Open shop programme.
The Open shop programme is an initiative whereby a member of the Peugeot training academy comes to a dealership, unannounced, and completes a ‘mystery shop’ style enquiry (however, the sales consultant is videoed throughout the interaction and knows they are being scored by the person doing the open shop).
The aim of the programme is to measure how effective a salesperson is on delivering a great experience to a perspective customer – the programme focusses on Peugeot LEV and PHEV cars so product knowledge, charging solutions etc are knowledge checked by this type of mystery shop.
We are delighted to say that Sam scored a outstanding 100%! The feedback we had from the trainer was superb, stating that the E-208 presentation Sam completed and his LEV product knowledge was the best she’d ever seen in the network!
