Every new Ford vehicle comes with 12 months UK & European Roadside Assistance from the date of registration. This can be extended for a further 12 months, or until your next service is due, when your vehicle has a Scheduled Service* at Arthurs Motor Group in Newtown.
Ford Assistance is a roadside rescue, repair and recovery service that helps you at home or anywhere in Europe and the UK, seven days a week, 365 days a year. When you have purchased a new Ford from a ford dealer, it comes with free Ford Assistance for 12 months.
As an approved Ford Service Center you can have your scheduled service at a Arthurs Motor Group and we’ll extend Ford Assistance by further 12 months for free (dependent upon service intervals of your vehicle).
If your vehicle breaks down and we’re unable to fix the problem at the roadside, don’t worry! Ford Assistance has you, and your vehicle, covered. You have a choice of one of the following:
Should there be a vehicle available, Ford will provide a temporary loan vehicle for up to two working days while yours is being repaired.
Just call Ford Assistance and we’ll get someone to you as fast as we can.
If we can’t fix the problem there and then, we’ll help you get to your destination and arrange for the recovery of your vehicle
