
Customer Service Apprentice
Arthurs Motor Group are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity for two exceptional individuals to join our customer service teams in Wrexham and Oswestry.
Ours is a business that not only looks to understand and delight our customers, we aim to exceed their expectations at every opportunity. Customer Service excellence is therefore key to everything that we do in delivering on this key objective.
Working directly with each department throughout the business, this Apprenticeship provides the ideal opportunity for you to develop a detailed understanding of the retail motor sector whilst working towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Customer Service qualification.
About You
We are looking for individuals who:
· Have a genuine desire and passion to work in the motor industry
· Are reliable and dependable, and whom demonstrate a cheerful, positive attitude and a genuine desire to exceed their customers’ expectations
· Are excellent listeners, able to understand customer needs and match them to the right products and services
· Can adapt to the fast-paced and varied nature of a retail environment
· Feel confident contributing ideas and participating in team discussions
· Are comfortable using computer-based systems (full training will be provided)
· Hold a full, clean driving licence
