Arthurs Vauxhall receives customer excellence award for the 10th year running.
Arthurs of Oswestry & Newtown have been awarded the prestigious Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award 2022 for it’s 10th year running.
Vauxhall dealerships have received this award for outstanding customer service.
This year, Vauxhall presented the award to a small number of Retailers who have sales & service contracts, so this is the top 15% of the UK network. Within this, they only presented 10 Gold Awards for winners of 6 or more years. Furthermore, since the Customer Excellence Award process was launched in 2012, Arthurs have won it 10 times out of the 10 years - an exceptional achievement.
