Award-winning Vauxhall dealer Arthurs of Newtown has been given a top ranking award for ‘outstanding service’ during the whole of last year.

JudgeService, which is a national review and customer satisfaction specialist, has announced that throughout 2018 100% of Arthurs of Newtown customers surveyed said they would recommend the dealership to family and friends.

The result has been collected from responses to JudgeService surveys completed between January 1 and December 31 2018.

JudgeService confirmed that Arthurs of Newtown were one of only seven Vauxhall dealers out of 78 sites to achieve 100% in 2018.

As an independent review provider, JudgeService say they are dedicated to bringing ‘unbiased customer reviews’ to the marketplace.

They further add: “Whilst they are compelling and important in a customer journey, this is just the tip of the iceberg compared to the rich vein of customer data that JudgeService clients are able to use to manage and improve their business.”

The Arthurs of Newtown award has been signed by JudgeService’s Managing Director Neil Addley and dated January 21 2019.  He has sent his personal congratulations to the Pool Road, Newtown-based dealership.
