PEUGEOT MD AT HOME IN WREXHAM WORKSHOP​

“My visit is to say thank you and extremely well done,” the Peugeot MD told members of the Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham team. “To achieve the award you have to be good at everything.

“Peugeot recognises that every member of the team has played a major part in achieving the Gold Lion recognition.

“Right across the board you have achieved a fantastic performance,” he added.

David Goldthorpe, Arthurs Group Operations Director, said it was the first time a Peugeot UK managing director had visited Arthurs Peugeot in Wrexham.

“Achieving Gold Lion status is the highest accolade possible within the Peugeot network and only comes with being excellent across the business.

“In particular there is a great emphasis on customer satisfaction as it is this which allows businesses to thrive and grow and Arthurs has already embraced the importance of being the best of the best for customer satisfaction.”

He went on: “Our Managing Director, Nigel Williams keeps reminding me and the team that we will not rest until we are regarded as the best car dealer for customer satisfaction in the Wrexham area.

“We are all passionate about customer satisfaction and we will work even harder throughout 2019 to achieve our goals.

“Although customer satisfaction is a large part of why we received this award, it is also due to a great new car sales performance and the results of an array of mystery shops in both the sales and services departments.”

David added: “I would like to add my congratulations and thanks to the Wrexham team for this massive achievement. Arthurs only took over the Peugeot dealership in Wrexham just over four years ago and it is pleasing to see we are making such good progress.”

Philip Corfield, Arthurs Dealer Principal, said he was ‘ecstatic’ about Arthurs being recognised with the Peugeot Gold Lion award in what is his first year as a dealer principal.
