ARTHURS RANKED NO.1 IN THE COUNTRY

Award-winning Vauxhall dealer Arthurs who have branches in Oswestry and Newtown are today celebrating being ranked no.1 in the country.

The announcement has come from Vauxhall following publication of their national 360 performance.

This is a review that measures the score of every Vauxhall dealer in the country on several key performance indicators.

These include percentage of market share, customer satisfaction score in both sales and aftersales, mystery shop in both and effective handling of incoming digital leads.

Each key performance indicator is then weighted to give an overall score of the business which leaves Arthurs in the number one position at the half year point.

Said Retail Operator David Goldthorpe: "This is an outstanding result for us. It is a joint effort with both Oswestry and Newtown scored as one business.

"This makes it an even better result as it shows how good both dealerships are."
