To achieve the ‘ACE Accreditation’ the Arthurs management team worked alongside aftersales experts from Peugeot UK on a nine month consultancy, coaching and training programme.

The programme covered everything from customer parking and onsite facilities, such as Wi-Fi availability and refreshments, to working in detail with the service team to optimise the standard of their reception and workshop processes.

“The aim,” said Aftersales Manager Philip Corfield, “was to ensure customers receive the best possible experience and value for money when visiting the Arthurs Peugeot dealership in Rhostyllen.

“ACE Accreditation is a UK initiative that Peugeot UK started in 2015. It is driven by an international programme from the PSA Group and this initiative from Peugeot UK ensures a high standard of aftersales services are delivered to customers via their entire network of dealers.”

Philip said the certificate had been personally signed by Stephane Le Guevel, Director General Group PSE and Richard Dyson, Director of Parts and Service.

He added that Arthurs Peugeot’s top 1placement for customer satisfaction from amongst 230 Peugeot dealers was their highest position this year.

“It represents advanced levels of processes as well as our delivery to the customer who completes a questionnaire on their experience of the aftersales service we have delivered.”
