We are a family owned business and are looking for a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team in Oswestry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and leading a great team to ensure that service standards are met and exceeded.

Position Overview:
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department. You will lead a team of service professionals, manage customer relationships, and ensure that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with the highest quality. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of service technicians and support staff.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality, customer-focused services.
  • Monitor service performance and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Track and report on service department performance and customer feedback.
  • Manage service contracts and ensure accurate billing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager in the Motor Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of service operations and customer service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
