Experienced Customer Advisor - Wrexham

Arthurs Motor Group are excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to join its Call Centre team in Wrexham providing the highest levels of customer service to its customer base.

As part of our team, you will be joining a business established in the local community determined to exceed its customers' expectations, becoming synonymous with delivering the highest levels of customer excellence.

***This role is telephony-based - handling both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
***You will be responsible for conducting follow-up calls after workshop visits,
***Creating bookings, and responding to customer queries across multiple channels including phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Success in this position requires excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to demonstrate empathy, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment is preferred but not essential, as we welcome individuals with the drive and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
