SHROPSHIRE AND MID WALES LOVE THE ALL-NEW COMBO CARGO

It is less than six months since the launch of Vauxhall’s all-new Combo Cargo, but more than 4,000 orders – many of these in Shropshire and Mid Wales - have been taken for the van.

David Goldthorpe, Arthurs Vauxhall Retail Operator, says the all-new re-designed Combo, with a selection of variants, has really ‘caught the imagination’ of local trades and businesses.

“It is the small van which is now helping carry more and more local trades and businesses,” said David. “It is practical, comfortable, economical and packed with all the latest driver assistance and connectivity technology.

“At Arthurs Vauxhall we are delighted that the Combo Cargo has been such a big commercial hit with our customers.”

He said the Combo Cargo had been re-designed with a short or long wheelbase and crew cab.  The van boasted a load volume of up to 4.4m, a payload of up to 1,000kg and a loading length of up to 3m.

Said David: “Drivers can check that the vehicle is not overloaded by pressing the sensor-based overload indicator. Other driver assistance systems include the optional rear view camera and IntelliGrip traction control system.

“In the cab, the new generation of infotainment system features an eight inch colour touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.”
