Arthurs of Oswestry, No 1 in the UK for Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction and now ‘Gold’ Customer Excellence Award Winners.

Arthurs Vauxhall, one of Arthurs Motor Groups 3 dealerships, based in Oswestry. A family owned business since 1939, has been awarded yet another incredible accolade for its eighth year running.

Delighted to announce that not only are Arthurs Vauxhall Number 1 in the UK for customer satisfaction for new car sales, we have also been awarded the Gold Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award for 2022. This prestigious ‘Gold’ award is given by Vauxhall for recognition to the top retailers for quality of service that is given to their customers.


The 'Gold' Award is given to Vauxhall retailers who achieve the Customer Excellence Award five years in succession.​  2022 is the eighth consecutive year that Arthurs have been awarded this Gold Customer Excellence Award.

The Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award is given to only 40 dealerships in the UK, that’s only 15 percent of the Vauxhall dealership network.

Arthurs, is one of the magnificent seven that have been awarded the Gold Vauxhall Customer Excellence Plaque, with the best combined recommendations scored from sales and service customers, gathered from the returns that customers provided to Vauxhalls purchase and service satisfaction surveys.

It’s been a wonderful year for our Vauxhall dealership and Arthurs Motor Group as a whole. Our dealership in Newtown celebrates 2 years this month as an Authorised Ford Service Centre and 2 years in January as an Authorised Peugeot Service Centre, so we have lots to celebrate.
