Arthurs Motor Group – Full Business Re-opening – April 12th 2021


Well, what a year it’s been! First and foremost I hope you and your families are safe and well, and for anyone who has suffered during the pandemic, my team and I send you our kind regards.

It has certainly been a very difficult year for everybody, however we are trying to remain positive at Arthurs as we look forward to the full re-opening of our business on Monday of next week, April 12th.

In terms of the positives, we have been very busy over the last year streamlining our business in order to give a higher level of customer service and making ourselves easier to do business with. In June last year we invested further in our website to allow us to offer website users the facility to purchase of a used car purely online without needing to speak to anyone, this has been transformational to our business and last month we sold over 100 used cars with customers either buying the car completely online or paying a reservation fee and concluding the purchase via the telephone.

We are shortly going to introduce the facility whereby service invoices will be emailed to customers so they can be checked and paid prior to the collection of the car………giving customers time to check they are happy with the work done and the prices charged, as well as reducing the time required to collect their car.

Furthermore, I am pleased to advise we have reintroduced free collection & delivery for service customers within 10 miles of the dealership branch and also reintroduced free of charge courtesy cars to those customers who need them.

I would like to thank all customers who have been so understanding of the challenges being faced by all of my team on a daily basis over the last twelve months, your survey comments and letters have been much appreciated by everyone at Arthurs. My team have worked hard throughout the pandemic trying their best to keep everyone safe and at the same time ensuring Arthurs reputation for providing great customer service has not been tarnished, I am personally grateful to each and every one of them.
