Service adviser Sean Cullen is tops when it comes to mystery shops.
For 27 year old Sean, who has only been in the role at award-winning Peugeot dealer Arthurs of Wrexham for two months, scored the maximum 100% in a secretly videod mystery shop.
He said he had 'absolutely no idea' that the initial phone call, which was followed by a visit to the Rhostyllen-based dealership, was a customer from Peugeot itself.
The mystery shopper was testing Sean on a series of processes which started with a phone call to book a Peugeot in for brake noise.
Once the car arrives at the dealership, the customer completes a journey through the service department with Sean involved every step of the way.
"Neither Sean nor Arthurs have any knowledge of the mystery shop which was launched this year," said service manager Phil Corfield.
"So Sean is to be warmly congratulated on his performance which was secretly videod and which we are obliged to critique ourselves."
Said Sean: "This particular mystery shop was no different to the visits the dealership has from all kinds of customers and I feel very flattered to have achieved a 100% score."
He spent 12 months in parts before transferring to service two months ago.
