The most prestigious award of its kind has come the way of Wrexham’s newest car dealership which won’t actually celebrate its second anniversary until the end of the year.
Peugeot UK has presented Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham with their first big national aftersales customer satisfaction award based on customer key feedback.
“These awards are not given out lightly, and therefore this accolade is something we can feel really proud of achieving,” said Dealer Principal Matt Roberts who was appointed only two months ago.
“I wouldn’t dream of taking all the credit for this award – the foundation was set by my predecessor Neil Mackenzie, who retired, and the aftersales team under manager Philip Corfield.
“Nonetheless, this highly prestigious accreditation for our aftersales service demonstrates that the dealership is moving forward in the right direction.
“Our team can all be very proud.”
He said the aftersales awards were made annually by Peugeot and the framed certificate has been signed by Richard Dyson, Director Parts and Service PSA Group (Peugeot Citroen) and Stephane Le Guevel, Director General PSA Group.
At the same time, aftersales adviser Sean Cullen, 27, of Coedpoeth, has accomplished a second 100% Peugeot mystery shop accolade – in two consecutive months.
