Five Customer Excellence Awards for Arthurs

For the fifth successive year Arthurs Vauxhall, with branches in Oswestry and Newtown, has won the highest accolade possible in the Vauxhall dealer network.

David Goldthorpe, Arthurs’ General Manager, explained how Arthurs had been awarded the 2017 Customer Excellence Award.

He said:  “This award is only given to dealers who truly excel in customer satisfaction, an award given to dealers based on 12 months’ customer satisfaction survey responses.

“As far as Arthurs Vauxhall is concerned, the greatest thing about this award is that it was voted for by our customers.”

“This is a really tremendous achievement by the Arthurs team,” Managing Director Nigel Williams said today.

 “The award is only given to the ‘cream of the crop’ in the Vauxhall network and I echo the words of David - that it is our customers who have given us this award.

“We very much appreciate every one of our customers and this will never be taken for granted. We only have a business if we have satisfied customers.  We admit that we don’t always get it right – but importantly we always try our best.”

Nigel continued: ‘’We have now won this award for the fifth year in succession and are one of only three Vauxhall dealers in the UK to be able to boast this feat.

“It is a fact that some dealers come and go, but at Arthurs we are constantly up there with the best dealers for consistently delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction to our customers.”

Said David: ‘’We are the only dealer in our area to achieve the Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award for 2017, with the nearest dealers being in Ormskirk and Lichfield, so it does highlight how much we put our customers at the forefront of our business at all times.’

‘’We have made some changes to our business over the last couple of years and we are now in a great position to grow further in 2017.

“This growth will be on the back of a passionate desire to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction to all of our customers all of the time.’’

David added:  “I send out my hearty thanks and congratulations to everyone in the team who have contributed towards Arthurs achieving this award for another year – the fifth in a row.”
