Arthurs hones its Social Media presence

Arthurs can now be followed on Twitter where you can keep up to date by following "Arthurs Vauxhall", on Facebook by using the same name and also by looking at the facebook page of "Network Q at Arthurs". Arthurs will also be found on LinkedIn, where we will be keeping the business community up to date with the latest Business offers, such as Leasing and Contract Hire deals.
Arthurs win the 2011 Vauxhall Award for Customer Excellence
Posted on: 18th February 2012Arthurs commitment to its customers satisfaction has won it the coveted Vauxhall Customer Excellence award for 2012, and is number one in its district, and in the top 25 in the country for our efforts in the vital area of Customer Satisfaction during 2011.
Arthurs of Oswestry and Newtown have just won their third successive Vauxhall annual award for customer excellence, and will receive a plaque and be given exclusive use of the Vauxhall customer excellence award logo for the next 12 months.
We are delighted to gain this recognition and our aim in 2012 is not only to maintain our number one position within the district, but to break through into the top 10 in the country.

Dan Bray returns as service manager at Arthurs of Newtown
Posted on: 9th November 2011Dan Bray is back at Arthurs of Newtown.
When he left 12 months’ ago he was the Vauxhall dealership’s branch and sales manager.
Now he has returned to the award winning dealership as after sales manager with responsibility for service and parts.
Welcoming him back, Paul Baker, operations manager, said: “Dan is highly thought of by our Newtown customer base.
“I am looking forward to reacquainting myself with my former customers and hope they will pop in and have a tea or coffee at any time.”
Arthurs Market leader in territory
Posted on: 9th November 2011Vauxhall dealers Arthurs of Oswestry and Newtown are ‘clear market leaders’ in their territory.
They have sold 10% more new retail cars and over 40% more Motability vehicles than their nearest rivals according to figures issued by the SMMT.
“We are delighted to be truly number one in both retail and Motability sales for the year to date and also in September,” said Arthurs Operations Manager Paul Baker.
“We are clear market leaders and our success with Motability has been due not only to on-going staff training, but also the competitiveness of the initial deposit currently required on purchases of new cars across the Vauxhall range,” he added.
The Arthurs Vauxhall territory covers many parts of Shropshire as well as large areas of Mid and North Wales.
